Im looking to sell due to the fact Im moving to London to go into strictly clinical work. all equipment is included in the sale and Im more than happy to train you to perform any treatments as im a qualified asessor so you are able to obtain insurance. an average weeks takings are 1400 sun mon tues closed wed 9am to 5pm thurs 9am til 8pm fri 9am to 5pm sat 9am til 3pm so you can see very easy hours and could be increased. cheap rent 175 per week business rates are nil as small business rates relief electric 150 per month gas 150 per month we have central heating throughout. im asking 30.000 which includes everything including training if required the 1st and 2nd floor could easily be put back to living accomodation if you moved beauty downstairs. please be discreet as I dont want clients to know Im leaving
