The massage last for around 30 minutes and begins with a short consultation to discuss your medical history and treatment expectations. You may choose to have the massage with or without a choice of oils and it is only necessary to expose the shoulders and upper back area. Relaxing music and candles add to the tranquil atmosphere and you may find yourself drifting off to sleep as the gentle massage progresses.
